Gail has been involved with education since she first tutored college students when she was 20. Since that time she has taught Mathematics and Senior Leadership, served as Director of Student Services, Academic Coach, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and now Director of Academics at Pacific Coast Christian Prep. She has served on the visiting committee for Accreditation as well as helped guide three schools successfully through the process. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about training teachers in the instructional methods needed to successfully guide students to discern the world around them through a Biblical lens as they study each of the disciplines needed to be fully prepared for success at the collegiate level. Gail and her husband Richard have five adult children. Victor and Jeremiah are Project Managers, Joy owns Vida Bella Salon for hair, Santiago is a trained EMT and entrepreneur and Pamela is a student at Liberty University.

Richard was born in Juarez, Chihuahua (Mexico). His family emigrated to the United States when he was in elementary school. He remembers his father saying "Ricardo, in the US you can do anything you want. All you have to do is work hard in school and obey your teachers, and good things will unfold." Well, Senior Luis Andujo was absolutely correct: all four of his children graduated from universities, two with doctoral degrees.
Realizing the importance of obtaining a college education, Richard earned an B.A. in Social Science with a minor in Spanish from San Diego State University (SDSU), an M.A. in Political Science from SDSU and an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from Pensacola Christian College. Since academics and athletics were so critical to his development, he decided to teach: first, Political Science at Southwestern Community College and San Diego State University, then high school Spanish and Physical Education. During this time, he was asked to serve in administration where he found his unique gift set of empowering teachers and parents to use their individual backgrounds and knowledge to train students for their futures. Pacific Coast Christian Prep is the third school he has been a part of launching.
He is thrilled to be a part of the PCCPrep team as they seek to create a school that is academically rigorous and spiritually vibrant.

David came to faith in Christ at the age of five, was baptized at the age of 12, and has sought to follow Him since then. Raised in a God-fearing home where following Christ was his parents' desire for all of their children, he continues in his parents' footsteps, learning to trust God with the same kind of obedience. David is married to Krista and is the father of three children. He and his family have served as missionaries in Costa Rica and Spain. Academically, David is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary - (Ed.D.) in Theological Education, Dallas Theological Seminary - (Th.M.) in Bible Exposition, College at Old Westbury - State University of New York - (B.S.) in Accounting, and Word of Life Bible Institute (Diploma) in Biblical Studies. His desire is that students come to know the God of the Bible, decide to follow Him no matter the costs, and excel in ministry and the marketplace.

Krista teaches English and Drama. She holds a BA in English from the University of South Florida. She also completed a two-year Bible and Ministry program at Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, NY, and a one-year Spanish language intensive at the Spanish Language Institute in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Krista came to faith in Christ as a fifth-grade student at a small Christian school in Winter Haven FL. At age 16, she rededicated her life to Christ and felt the Lord was calling her into full-time ministry. Krista began working with youth as a Bible college student, and as a camp counselor (where she met her husband, David). From there, she and her husband worked with middle school youth at their local church. From 2005-2007, the McGees served as missionaries in Costa Rica and Spain. Then, in 2007, Krista began teaching English at a Christian school in Tampa, FL. Her second year there, the Lord allowed her to begin teaching Drama - an unexpected blessing, uniting all of her passions: ministry, English, and theater. She has taught at three Christian schools since 2007 and loves working with teens and helping them find God's purpose for their lives.

Erika is a veteran educator with many years of experience. She has taught from 1st grade to 12th grade students which prepared her for being an administrator who understands her students as well as the teachers. After serving with her husband as missionaries in Spain, she came back to San Diego and worked in Christian Education for 13 years where the Lord blessed her work; she started teaching High School Spanish and AP Spanish with a 90% passing rate. She then took on different responsibilities: Spanish department head, Lead teacher, Dean of students, Vice Principal and served as Principal during the last three years. She has a BA, MA, Teaching Credential and an Administrator's Credential. She and her family have been faithfully serving the Lord for over 30 years in various ministries throughout the world. Erika loves Christian education because she has seen how the Lord can use a school not only to train up a child in academics, but train him with a biblical worldview so he or she is better equipped to face the challenges of everyday life. She believes that if we put Christ First in our lives, we will have a balanced life. The verse that describes Christian Education for her is: "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?" Mark 8:36
